ARE YOU JESUS!!!
Has any one ever mistaken you to be Jesus? this was a question Fr. Fred JB Ngung'u started the recollection with and many people saw it to be a very funny question. how can somebody mistake me to Jesus, with all these faults and way of life and attitude, not me. But the big question that we are supposed to ask ourselves is what are we doing about it?What can i do to be a good leader, what are the qualities i have that i need to change to be accommodated in this Consolata family and to be mistaken for Jesus? Fr. Fred a student at Catholic University Of Eastern Africa in addition to this big question gave a story of some business men who went for a conference and they had promised their wives that they will be in for dinner, unfortunately the meeting prolonged than expected and everybody was in a hurry to catch the plan to go back home. in the process of their journey back home just at the city square, there was a blind girl who was selling apples and she had arranged them in a very nice order, so in haste this men hit the basket and the apples scattered and others were stepped on. the girl remained down where she fell and cried but the men just went their way, but one man couldn't just go and he told the rest to tell the wife that he will be late for dinner. he felt pitty on the girl and went and collected the apples and for the ones that were spoilt he put them aside and took a $100 note and gave it to her and said, " will this do you any good for the damage we have caused?". he said that staring at the girl, but what he never knew was that the girl was completely bind. and the girl shouted as the man was leaving, " could you be Jesus?" the man didn't understand the question and even when he went to board the aeroplane the question still rang in his mind, "Could you be Jesus?" he wondered, how can she confuse me with Jesus. therefore have we ever done anything good to somebody to an extend of being confused to Jesus does our way of life, what we do, speak and how we relate make people can it make people be confused that the we are Jesus? think about it!!!!
